It is not new knowledge on this channel, but my spouse and I split time between San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley during the work week. On this particular Friday evening, she was on her way home to the RGV. And after a long week, I wanted some good food I was craving, but also to get the RV cleaned up before Dari got home.
